Witnessing my client's as they overcome adversity, challenges and poor health and then go on to achieve their personal successes.

Coaching is about creating win-wins and my job is to help set my clients up for success in their endeavours and then help them make sure they get where they want to go. When they win, I win and when they win big, I win big. There is huge job satisfaction in that for me.

So whether it is the email from an energised client who has just slept a full 8 hours for the first time in years, an excited client who has just texted me to celebrate hitting their ideal weight after months of working hard, or the previously stressed client who is now enjoying mental clarity and energy all day long. I get to be a part of their success story and see them blossom, for me job satisfaction doesn't get much better than that.

The inspiration to start Design Your Life Coaching (DYLC) came from seeing so many clients from my private practice turn their life around, improve their health, energy and confidence and then go on to achieve amazing things.

I had studied many modalities over many years that were all great in their own way, yet it soon became obvious that empowering people through coaching trumped everything else.

The aim of DYLC is to make more people aware of the benefits of coaching whilst offering high quality coaching at affordable rates.
