How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help by genuinely becoming emotionally invested in the clients journey and will literally do anything to help client achieve their goals. We work as a team both having a role to play.

Consistency and patience ONCE on an effective plan that has a longterm not short term focus

the satisfaction in seeing the happiness in clients when they achieve results and importantly the positive impact on all areas of their lives

I wanted to be in control of the positive impact I could make on others

23 years experience, my purpose in life is making a positive impact in others, every day is lived with this sole purpose, knowledge of what actually works and committed to ongoing acquiring of real knowledge to help my clients
