The first thing that is different about CounsellorCoach is that as the name suggests we provide both counselling and coaching services. I am qualified to provide both professional services so if you choose me you can be assured that I have the skills and knowledge to help in both areas. This is a hugh advantage to you as depending on the type of support you need, it gives us some scope to work out and deal with both types of issues that.

I am qualified in CBT, person centred, and work in counselling with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, grief and loss and trauma related issues. I also work with clients who come to me for life and career coaching. T

I have been told by clients that I am an empathic and friendly individual who sincerely wants the very best outcome for each person who comes to me for support. My person centred approach is tailored to each client and is based on our initial session/s. This approach allows us to work in a way that best suits what you need right now. What is also unique is that I teach clients strategies to become solution focused and in time be able to have the self awareness and tools to help themselves when they need to.

Overall, I am committed to facilitating my clients to heal and grow, allowing you to work and reflect on their mental health issues and what in particular has been holding you back and then, if and when ready moving on to figuring out how to move forward, what you want in life and what steps should to taken to achieve this. The pace of all this happening is at the discretion of the client who decides when (and if ) they wish to move forward to achieve their goals and desires from life.

Another unique fact is that I enable those on lower incomes or not in paid work to have access to my services and offer several subsidised places.
