Services in English & Polish language. Anxiety, depression, work-related stress, college pressure, phobias, addictions, loss and bereavement, domestic abuse and trauma, also Covid 19 mental calamity are among the presenting issues helping clients deal with. These services are available for all individuals over 18 years of age, welcoming all ethnic origins, gender, religious beliefs, atheist, all sexual orientations, that includes couples and marriage counselling. The Ethos of his practice is mainly derived from a person-centred approach, where the client is met with respect and dignity provided in a non-judgmental safe space. I worked with clients from all walks of life with a wide range of challenges and issues. The gentle and flexible approach allows me to utilise theories and skills derived from several therapeutic approaches which include:


CBT, REBT, Psychodynamics, Transaction Analysis, Existentialism, Gestalt, Addiction Counselling, Couples and Marriage Counselling in connection with methods originated from Eastern and western cultures and philosophies allowing me to use their priceless tools in the form of mindfulness, meditation as well as breathing skills, Stoicism; helping achieve tranquillity and alleviate tension and stress. This allows me to meet the unique needs of each client and create a bespoke treatment plan.
