Chris replied with a phone call within 10 minutes of my placing the request for roofing services on bark.com.
From that very first phone call he was a pleasure to deal with.
He kept me updated with regular phone calls & photos of the problems, the work needed & why and completed the work with his team efficiently and effectively.
His team noticed additional & long term damage to the back of the roof that could have lead to more problems in the future, again providing photos & information at each stage.
It ended up being a much bigger job with all the roofs felt being replaced, some damaged beams replaced and broken tiles replaced but Chris & his team completed all the work fully, efficiently and well.
It was a pleasure to work with Chris. I have already asked him to repair & clean the gutters on my Mother’s & Sisters houses and will have him clean & check all our roofs & gutters every couple of years, I already have it in my calendar 🗓!
