I used to attend to this gym for a little while but I had such a great time. The Staff is very friendly, so you can feel like at home during your working out.

I've been here for 3 years and as soon as I walked through the door I knew it was different from any gym I'd been to before. You're made feel so welcome right away and every level of fitness is catered for whether you're a complete beginner or a gym veteran. I honestly cannot recommend this gym enough! The gym is really well equipped and they have something for every fitness level. This is evident from the people of all shapes and sizes using the gym regularly. I find that this creates a really welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the gym, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable!.The wonderful staff in Better Body really add to this too. Dave, the manager, was super welcoming from day 1, and would always be checking in to see how you're getting on, which is unlike any gym I've ever been to and undoubtedly one of Better Body's greatest features! Similarly, Marcus, Colette, Ryan, Sylvia and the rest of the team are always available to help out or even to just have a chat, which again, makes you feel like you are part of a community. In addition to the really well-equipped gym, Better Body offer a fantastic range of classes. I'd regularly go to the yoga class (which is included in my membership) and honestly, I've forked out 20 quid for yoga classes which are not nearly as good as the ones offered in Better Body! A real hidden gem of Phibsborough, this gym may not be huge but it has everything you need for a good workout, complete with fantastic staff that make you feel like a part of the community from day one; outstanding customer service.(I'd recommend bringing some headphones/music if you're not into dance/pop music, as that's pretty much the only thing playing on their soundsystems. This gym is the best I’ve been to...I’ve been training for 20 years and been a member of 3 other gyms before Better Body. The service is personal and friendly, the team are focused on delivering the best service they can to their members . They are always willing to help and advise.
