AJs Steam Cleaning and Landscaping

I Hired Andrew last year to cut back a very large tree in my garden and prune a few more. During the course of the morning he demanded more money fron the agreed price,saying the job was bigger than he anticipated I refused as I thought it was expensive. At the end of the job , he wanted cash in hand .I asked for a receipt which he didn't have but would post one out to me. I never received one.

I hired Andrew and his colleague to power wash a roof and paint a roof. He promised me he would return to complete the job within a day or 2 as there is paint on the gutters and a window. The debris remains on the ground which he assured me would be removed and that was over a week ago. Would definitely NOT recommend using this company. More...

Contacted Andrew from this company about steam cleaning my roof and power washing my patio and pathways. The job on the roof was done satisfactorily but I was not at all happy with the work done on the patio by his worker as he left a lot of stains on the tiles and left a lot of clean up work. I contacted Andrew the next day as I was unable to see it properly when it was finished. He took several days to respond to me and promised he would come back within a few days to take the stains out with chemicals. To date he has not contacted me. They came to fix my guttering and fence after it was blown down in the wind. They were quick to respond and came the next day. They did a very good job although a little expensive. They didn’t give me receipt which I found a bit dodgy, they also kept trying to persuade me to do other things which I didn’t like, worst of all they knocked on all my neighbours asking them for jobs, so I had complaining this morning.
