I am normally quite a private person but I felt I had to share my experience of my online one on one session with Dermot Ohara as they have been such an amazing help to me. His regular meditations are brilliant but this work goes to a whole deeper level. During the online sessions I felt totally relaxed due to Dermot easygoing manner and I felt safe in expressing my inner fears and emotions strangely even more so because it was online with that distance between us. Dermot perception of any situation is incredible and his ability to shift stuck emotions is powerful. Also his capacity for really caring shines through. i attended one to one sessions, workshops and also downloaded the cds to support my practice, I found the services provided a great help at a very challenging time, and of very high standard. The care, kindness, authenticity and integrity Dermot puts in his work made it so that I always felt safe, welcome, guided, heard, and it was possible for me to look at wounds I carried from a place of love.
