Our boiler broke on the morning my wife had to go to hospital to deliver our 3rd child. I spent the first 4hrs of her delivery trying to find someone to look after the problem. It was an absolute nightmare. Someone gave me Ed’s number and he was amazing from the start. We got a brand new boiler replaced without any upset to family life.
