What makes a great website?
A fast loading, clean design that looks good in all screen sizes is very important, but it must also look good in order to charm your visitors into doing business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
There will be a lot of questions because we do not build generic websites. We build websites that show the business in the best way and in the way the business owner wants it. That means custom colours and logos. And content supplied by the business owner. We will then optimise everything so that you get value for money.
What do you love most about your job?
As cliche as it counds, happy customers. I always feel a huge sense of relief when my clients are impressed by their website because it is all about the customer. If they are not happy, we have failed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The internet did. Or to be more precise, eMail. I did a degree at a university in another city. That meant I had to buy a computer to be able to email the college. That was my introduction to the internet, after which I began to browse the internet and notice websites. I was so impressed that I thought that it would be a great business to get into.

Yes. That has been the way since Covid. We used to meet our customers at the start of every project and maybe occasionally at their request after thatdoing most of our business by email and phone. But now it is all email and phone and will be untill Covid is gone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No in-person meetings now until Covid is gone. All business is now online or by phone and email.
