What makes a great website?
A great website has two main components. The first one is the functionality and the second one is the design and the look. You want a website that does what it is setup for. If it is to sell products then it should do that well. If it is to generate leads or to get more bookings then it should do that well.
At the expense of functionality, the looks shouldn't be sacrificed. A website should also be pleasing to the eye and friendly enough for a visitor to navigate and find what they are looking for.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before starting a project, I like to ask clients about the objectives behind the website. What are they trying to get out of the website and what would a successfully completed project look like. As part of the process I also ask about the pages that they would like to have on the websites and any other functions that the website should have such as ability to accept payments or bookings.
What do you love most about your job?
The most I love about my work is the opportunity I have to help small businesses grow by utilising the wider world of the internet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised that I had special skill to help businesses stand apart in a crowded online space while getting them the results they are looking for. This led me to explore turning my skills into a source of revenue and it is still satisfying after these years to solve challenges and help make a difference.

I have extremely satisfied past clients and I have consistently delivered on the requirements put forth by a client. I also believe strongly in the power of communication and I keep my clients updated and in the loop at every stage of the development.
