I contacted Ben when my boiler was not working. He came within 3 hours. It was a boiler he was unfamiliar with but advised us who to contact and also explained what he thought the fault was. He was 100% right. He did not charge us. I am amazed at his professionalism and efficiency and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben. Thank you Ben

Our boiler failed and we needed a new one. Made contact with Ben and the team and got a competitive quotation. I cannot recommend then enough. Candice gave me a day and a time. Ben and Will turned up at 8am and had the boiler replaced by 3pm. If you want a professional company who will turn up on time, install the boiler and will do a professional job look no further.

Our boiler broke down and needed to be replaced. I called around, Boiler Angel were quick to respond, to give us an estimate and to set a date for instalation. From first call to instalation it was only a week, which was marvelous, since we had no heating or hot water in a cold spell near Christmas, and other estimates were for instalation in a month at least. Candice was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Ben and Will, very nice gentlemen, came bang on time to install it, finished the job within a few hours very professionally and cleanly, gave advice on maintenance.It was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with tradesmen .Top reliability, punctuality, work ethic, everything. I'm very happy and would whole heartedly recommend them and their company.
