How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
It depends on what you want from the conversion and if you can fit what you want to achieve into the space. A home consultation can normally work this out.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First the home visit, so I can go through what the home owner wants out of their conversion and I can discuss if this is achievable, including a rough estimate of the cost. If the home owner is happy to proceed, I will get to work on supplying the home owner with an official quotation. If they're happy with the quotation I will send over my insurance details and names and numbers of references for the home owner to check. If they are happy to proceed, we will decide a date for the work to begin.
Once work begins, an average garage conversion will take approximately 4-5 weeks from start to finish, with minimal disruption to the home owner.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The most important aspect with a loft conversion is finished ceiling height. The standard average ceiling height for a bedroom is 2400mm . But if your attic conversion is only going to be for storage then you'd get away with a lot less.

I start in construction when I completed a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. Then worked in Ireland, Scotland, England and Australia as a carpenter .Because of the experience i gained working as a carpenter for 20 years.Then three years ago I then felt it was time i started my own company.
