I gave it 1 star as I could not give it 0. Mick was communicative and reachable until he got the money, then disappeared. He offered three bigger items
. One was done in ok quality; the painting was done by drunk monkeys, and the weed-free beds have way more weeds than before. He always had some flimsy excuse not to show up, even when he promised to “book me in for x.y. day”. His lads mainly sit and smoke in the garden (lovely footage from the CCTV). And the offered 5-year warranty is a joke as he disappeared. He is the first and only workman to be sued, and now a civil case started (of course, it’ll cost him more in the end).
Avoid at any cost.
