Ros Property Services was setup by myself as I've worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and i know it's very hard for people to get trades people to do small to medium sized jobs and that's where my company steps in as we don't do big builds we leave those jobs to the big multi national contractors, we concentrate on property renovations and extensions and any general property maintenance,I have the trade contacts that I've worked with for years plus my own trade experience and knowledge

Im in the building trade since 2001,ive worked for all the big names in the building trade and now im bringing that experience and knowledge direct to the clients i deal with as my over heads are much smaller than the big contractors out there,therefore i can be very competitive with my pricing

As i said previously I've worked for most of the big contractors in the trade and i can bring that knowledge and experience direct to my clients and be very competitive with pricing as my over heads are much less than the big companies so therefore the client gets best value for money and the experience
