I love helping others achieve their goals. The food diary review exercise is always an excellent way to review what you are currently eating and why you have chosen these particular food types. I love getting to know you better and discussing what changes you are looking to make and why. I love reviewing progress against goals we have set together and celebrating key milestones along the way. One of my clients was under eating and totally unaware of how this was impacting her energy levels throughout the day. Small changes resulted in big results in terms of them feeling better fuelled and falling back in love with food, meal planning and food shopping. The food diary review is so powerful as we don't review habits formed regularly, we just do what we have always done without any thought. Goal setting is also enjoyable and being there as an accountability partner to champion your journey towards new habit formation. Celebrating your success.

My passion for all things Health and Nutrition and continuous learning inspired me to study with IINH & become a Qualified health and nutrition coach. I want to help others "optimise their health" by making better lifestyle choices, awareness to the importance of setting new goals. Making small incremental changes that add up to bigger sustainable changes. I have changed my nutrition and health by prioritising myself and want to help others that are ready to make changes in order to feel better. It's never about fades or quick fixes it's about what works best for you.

Bespoke service based on my values of honesty and integrity. I spent 24 years working in Financial Services in Ireland. There I helping clients to implement financial goal setting, for example buying a new house, saving for the future and taking care of the financial wellbeing. I have now transferred my experience into my new health and coaching business. I am here to help you to achieve new goals for your health and wellbeing.
