I have experience working with a wide range of issues including; anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, social anxiety and relationship issues.I have thirty years experience working with young people and adults in a variety of settings.
I provide a safe, empathic, non-judgemental space where clients can openly reflect upon and discuss what is causing difficulties in their lives. I use a collaborative approach, tailored to your individual needs, discussing what has brought you to therapy, working through your issues and challenges and planning strategies to support you to navigate difficult life situations.

Sessions are 1hr in duration and the cost is €60 per session. Reduced rate for students.

I have my own rooms at Tuas Nua, 16 Douglas West, Douglas, Cork. I am available at 0-8-6-2-3-3-6-3-4-1
