I love the opportunity to assist my clients on their journey of transforming their emotional life and relationships and stepping onto a new level of self-appreciation and efficiency in their work. I love to see people's insights and the fulfillment of their goals.

I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Schema therapy in my sessions. Additionally, I use Mindfulness to help you arrive at the session and Art Therapy to access subconscious beliefs on a deeper level. We will start working on your request from the very first session. Usually, you will get a small assignment from me to go deeper into the topic. I'm looking forward to helping you with your intention!

I work both online, using Zoom software and offline in Terenure, Dublin 6W.
