Had an EV Charger installation planned by Branka and done by Glenn and Ciaran - and I could not be happier.Not only they were very quick and very professional, but also were very respectful with the noise as even the newborn baby at home was able to continue sleeping during the installation procedure. Kane Nolan= KN electrical, your reviewed yourself, 5 stars?You arranged a time that suited you. .you said that you finished work friday at 2.30pm.. and that you didnt want to get cought in traffic between rathcoole and citywest..i agreed even though i wanted a different time and u may have had plans.I could not keep the appointment on Friday and text as soon as i knew and asked to REARRANGE FOR SAT OR SUN, YOU DID NOT, you RESPONDED 3 DAYS LATER on Monday, you DID NOT MENTION THIS IN YOUR REPLY ON GOOGLE(if i cud post txt i would).,(we are not allowed had our phones at work , forensic setting)That was friday morning..YOU HAD ALL DAY FRIDAY, SAT MORNING AND SUNDAY MORNING REPLY as you work these hours.Monday you txt, by then i had another arranged for quote , TUESDAY I TXT BACK,YOU DID NOT, WEDNESDAY YOU DIDNT TXT OR RING UNTIL YOU WERE ALERTED TO REVIEW ON GOOGLE, AND POSTED THAT I HAD APPOINTMENT THURSDAY, WHICH I HADNT, FALSE INFORMATION..never communicated to me...in short you communicated poorly,1ST time 3 days went by, 2nd 2 days went by before you responed and was only to my review on google not to my job, txt or phone calls, and then you tell me that you had me on appointment for thursday which i knew nothing about, wasnt communicated ..THEN YOU TXT ME TO REMOVE MU REVIEW, REMOVE YOUR OWN FALSE REVIEW, MINE IS CORRECT Kane Nolan= KN electric...you reviewed your own business and gave yerself 5 star..
