Ronan was an absolutely pleasure to work with.
He took his time to really get to know our vision for the project, gave advice on feasibility and was always great and communication.
His work looks great and he is bringing on very capable people.
We did reflooring, skirting, architraves, new doors, plastering, painting of 4 rooms and a hallway. This includes stripping down flooring/carpets and other things.
He even went out of his way to connect me to other people for separate issues.
I wholeheartedly recommend him and we'll be sure to work with him again in the future.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most if not all are suitable. But mostly block built are definitely workable also condation of your roof is very inportant that can use alot of peoples budget

So youd start by ripping everything out and get the building back to the bare walls
Full inspection of ealls floors for damp
Get the first fix carpentry electrical plumbing completed
I would fully insulate room/garage
Plastering and second fix
Paint and hand over
All waste completed by the work removed
General build and carpentry
