How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Ideally to convert garage to living space you would want 30m2 minium. This would include bathroom, bedroom and living space. Services such as gas boiler and heating/ water systems in garage can be a problem but can also be moved once you have the space.

1: Excavation for services in floor waste water utilities etc
2: Roof assessment maybe structure need new roof or roof to be raised.
3: New windows and doors close up existing garage door opening
4: First fix electrical and plumbing
5: Studding and plastering
6: Second fix electrical and plumbing
7: Kitchen install
8: Painting and decorating
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Must have head room to allow conversion. Must comply with local authority regulations to be considered habitable space

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
If it’s is in our out of fashion we endeavour to find whatever the client desires. Our extensive supply chain will provide alternative products should the particular product or design not be available
How long have you been in business?
I have worked as senior management in the construction industry for 23 years. I set up my own company 4 years ago as I decided it was time to do my own thing for a change. I have enjoyed every minute of it and have zero regrets.

What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction of creating something out of nothing or breathing new life into old buildings and handing projects back to happy customers. Great feeling of accomplishment particularly watching a family enjoy their forever home after what is most likely the largest capital spend of their lives aside from the purchase of their home. It is very important to me that my name and reputation is only passed on to others with positive reviews.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanted a change from large commercial construction and after the completion of the construction of my own family home I decided it was time to make the jump. No regrets very rewarding.
