The creativity and individuality of each project and the detail i can create in the design to make a home beautiful and a client happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the industry for 16 years, working with other designer, architects and bespoke companies in Ireland and Canada. I have gained a ton of experience to feel confident to start my own business. I am very driven and ready to run things my own way. I have defiantly learnt a lot throughout the years and gained so much to take with me on my journey.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am efficient and technical, I can draft plans, elevations, detailed bespoke furniture drawings and 3D's.
I have experience onsite and managing a project from start to finish and cor coordinating with the architect and builder/ traders.
I can give good advice to clients before planning or after planning on the layout of their home to make sure there is space for their Kitchen, TV units, Wardrobes etc and that the design is not compromised.
I like to use a mixture of materials, textures and bespoke furniture to create balance and harmony in a space.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide both online or remotely, depending on the scope of the project. Drawings and consultations can be done either way. For a full house design I will need to visit site for that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I will wear masks if a client requests it, there will be sanitizer in my studio office. We will follow health regulations with regards Covid.
FULL DESIGN & 3D KITCHEN AND UTILITY
3D KITCHEN & UTILITY DESIGN
Full consultation either through zoom or in person. We will go through the architectural plans or on site dimensions and space plan the layout of the design, to include all finishes a working plan, elevation and 3D. These drawings and finishes can be used in any kitchen company to get competitive quotes and to help your builder, plumber and electrician. They may also be very valuable before planning to make sure you getting the right kitchen design before you put up the walls and windows. It can be helpful to visually see how it will look when finished too.
FULL HOUSE DESIGN & DRAWINGS INCLUDING 3D VISUALS
Full consultation either through zoom or in person in the studio with our lead designer Joanne. She will go through your architectural plans either before planning or at the beginning of the build. We will discuss layouts or whether we need to re-gig the interior layout to accommodate storage solutions and space layout or each room. We will then work from the ground up and pick out finishes in each area, the style your looking for, which in turn will help create a beautiful 3D visual of your space with a 'fly' through, along with plans and elevations. You can then confidently give these to your builder or electrician and plumber to help with first fix and locating all sockets and piping etc. I like to have a quick turn around for 2 weeks for the full process from start to hand over. I can produce drawings from anywhere and so if you are based in any county in Ireland, not a problem, it will be the same process.
FULL HOUSE DESIGN PLANS INCLUDING ALL MATERIAL SELECTIONS
This is a very brief discussion/ chat on the phone with the client to go through the scope of their project. We will discuss the elements of the design needed for each space and a general time frame and budget.
Once we both feel it is a good fit, we will draft up a proposal for the client and a break down of the pricing for each area.
Once the contract is signed, we will then meet with the client in the studio or their home to go through their design room by room. We will gathering information from the site and /or drawings and the needs of the client and then go away and formulate a concept for each space.
In the Medium Design Package the client or Builder acts as the project manager and we work with them to ensure the project achieves their goals.
In the Full Design Package the designer will coordinate with the Builder, Architect or Engineer to project manager the site and all works from start to completion.
ART CONSULTATION & COMMISSSIONS
I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients to produce unique one-off pieces of artwork that are tailored to suit their space. As an abstract artist there is always a sense of surprise and uniqueness in every commission i complete.
I welcome large and medium scale commissions. Custom pieces typically take 5 weeks to complete.
2 HR DESIGN CONSULTATION
In this 2 hr consultation at the studio, we will go through your architectural plans, sketches or images and give a concept design which includes color selection, and general layout sketch ideas. We will give ideas on furniture layout, lighting and flooring along with tips and ideas on storage The client is fully in charge of the project and acts as the project manager. This is a flat rate service that will act as a guide and tool for the client to manage and implement.
COMMERICAL DESIGN
We welcome commercial projects, we can work with your architect or builder to produce interior layouts which will include floor and wall color selection, wall and ceiling fixtures, along with office furniture and custom reception design. We will design using the latest building regulations.
