What inspired you to start your own business?
80% of businesses fail in the 1st 5 years, mainly due to poor processes around money, poor time management and bad team selection and delegation. All are avoidable with some focus and with the owner investing some time ON and not just IN the business.

Working on a 121 basis with Business Owners and their Teams, either weekly or fortnightly.
