What do you love most about your job?
I'm here to solve problems for your business and to ensure you don't run into financial issues in the future. Getting good processes in places from the start and keeping these up to date with your business will make Tax Returns and year end so much more straight forward. I love understanding my clients and their businesses so I can tailor my approach to best suit them. I want my clients to have a positive experience with their accountant so they feel listened to and important - not just another customer. Trust from my clients to let me be their financial sounding board is a real honour. Getting this experience and support for a fraction of the cost of an internal finance function can bring real value to your business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked full time for other people for more that 20 years - it is time to put all that learning and experience to work in order to provide quality Accounting Services to my clients. Life balance is my motivator for working for myself - giving me the opportunity to balance the hours I work with spending valuable time with my family. This allows me to be very flexible with clients and arrange calls at a time that suits them as opposed to taking them away from the daily running of their business.
