The Deluxe team responded quickly to my somewhat urgent request for roof repair services. They were on site within a few hours to assess and could commit to starting work within a week. They had 3 guys on site for 2 full days to repair storm damage, apply a concrete seal through various roof sections and do a full clean of tiles and gutters. Amazing service from Dan and his team, started work within a day of contacting him and had a massive fence done within two days, top quality work too.

Dan and his team are very prompt and professional. I asked him to remove a tree from a garden of a rental property. He was priced competitively and arrived when he said he would. He gave great advice on realtion to treating the stub. I was kept updated with photos. When a neighbour alerted the tenants to the fact that a branch had fallen into their garden and damaged their shed and gate, he immediately rectified it with no extra cost to me. Dan and his team have done incredible work and managed to replace an entire roof at fairly short notice and managed to complete the entire job in under a week.
They also strengthened the attic floor so it can actually be used for storage, improved the insulation, repaired the gully and guttering, and patched broken render on the front. They've really gone above and beyond.
They were excellent about discussing options and costs, and explained them clearly. They've also been wonderfully friendly and respectful around the house.

Dan provided us with a very prompt quote and got the work carried out a few days later which suited us as our 50+yr old boundary trees had been cut down against our wishes. As we encountered the most difficult neighbours on one side, we couldn't complete all the works just yet as they blocked our access, Dan's crew comprised of a team of very good lads and they worked away to finalise our timber fencing at the rear of our house.
