Bad. Not satisfied how I was treated. Vitor was supposed to remove rubbish after work done. He did removed some and left some. Promised to be back, he didn't and when I contacted him, he read my message and ignored till this day. It has been since August. Since I can't dialogue with him one on one or through phone, it's better I put out my feelings here which I am sure Vitor will see. I had respect for him but I don't know the sudden change in his behaviour. I completed his money in due time. I don't know what change. Bad. He included removal of rubbish after work. Though removed some but not completely. He left some jobs undone, I didn't disturb him because I confined in him, waited and he didn't come back, I contacted him, he read my messages and didn't reply. Now I had to pay extra money to have the left over rubbish removed. I feel bad to negative review but I unfairness, I didn't expect this from Vitor. They might seem to take a longer time compared to others on the floor work but it's obvious why as the quality of their work and attention to detail is excellent. Really good and reasonable flooring for my new house. Dapex guys are really prompt in communication, punctual in their timelines, and professional in their work. Vitór and his lovely wife is a great team to do the floors and I am happy with their work and the extended service too. Marta is so prompt in her communication and always see customer’s convenience while scheduling appointments. The quote I got for my house was reasonably fair. We booked this apartment because of the internal pictures. We would not stay here again. It is a very very noisy location. Next door There was a party with loud music ALL day on Saturday from 10.30am until 10.00pm at night. After that stopped a group of young people arrived to sit outside on a public seating area outside this apartment drinking and playing loud music. This happened most nights. Do not book this apartment if you want a quiet stay. We rang the contact number and received no reply. We received no call back. Many of the Dishes provided were chipped.
