We recently had a full scale emergency leak in our crèche overnight and arrived at 7:30am to find both upstairs and downstairs completely flooded. In a panic, I reached out for a local plumber and D&S Plumbing & Heating responded almost instantly. They phoned to say they were already on the way, and true to their word, they arrived promptly, immediately isolated the leak, and got to work. They even used a water vac to start clearing the water, going well beyond what we expected.

As the morning went on, we realised our radiators weren’t coming on, which meant we had no way to dry out the walls and air. D&S stayed with us and made sure everything was working before they left. They genuinely didn’t go until they were sure we were going to be okay. Their commitment and reassurance in such a stressful situation was invaluable.

Not long after this, my elderly mother had a leak in her own home. Once again, D&S were incredibly prompt in coming to help her. She was so impressed by their professionalism, patience and kindness. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated her with real respect. It was also clear that they were transparent and fair in their pricing, something that gave both her and our family great peace of mind.

Darragh responded to my request within 3 minutes of posting. He came out to the house within 30 minutes and was really nice & helpful. He provided a solution to our issue and gave guidance if it was to happen again. He also advised I could reach out to him directly if there was another problem which I absolutely will.

Extremely efficient. Darragh arrived on time and removed our old tap and replaced it with the new one very quickly.

Installed a shower pump and outside tap, prompt response to my enquiry and texts, arrived on time and got to work straight away, all work carried out neat and tidy, and everything put back exactly as it was, no mess left behind, highly recommended plumber and will definitely call him In the future for any plumbing issues
