So disappointed in this company 3 years with them but I can definitely say this is the last no respect for there customers my insurance was up for renewal on 05th May I paid in full on 02nd April kept getting mails messages your insurance is up for renewal but because I had paid received receipt of payment I ignored then the morning of the 05th at 6. 17am get mail to advise my insurance lapsed but of course you can’t contact them and then bank holiday weekend so I had to ring work tell them I wouldn’t be in as couldn’t drive my car lost out on double pay and then another half day to get it sorted long winded story short they said no you were insured we will issue your disc now 2 days after it should have been in my window and 5 weeks after receiving the payment I done the very same as last year and didn’t have issue but of course they say it’s my fault as this is hard time on us all financially of course again insurance companies get the kick in causing me to loose day and half pay and blame me for it do not use this company read all the reviews More...
