Completely unacceptable service. There was insufficent carriages on trains, so some people were unable to board the train. About 50% of the seated passengers were elderly biddies who were illegally using their travel passes on rush hour trains.The result was that the gainfully employed and students were unable to travel. As someone with disabilities this is completely unacceptable as I will be left standing for hours. I have a severe physical disability and unlike others, I have actually paid for my ticket, and this is not acceptable. More...

Guy behind desk came outside to carry my buggy up the stairs today and down across to the other platform. Absolute gentleman, as was staff member on the Sligo train around 3:30/345, who helped lift the buggy off at Kilcock. Much appreciated.

Train always shows up on time and staff are helpful if you ever need them. Accepts cash and leap. There's also a shop where you can buy leap cards and snacks, though I'm not sure how often it's open. The train departs every 30 minutes off peak. More...
