I contacted Ben when my boiler was not working. He came within 3 hours. It was a boiler he was unfamiliar with but advised us who to contact and also explained what he thought the fault was. Our boiler broke down and needed to be replaced. I called around, Boiler Angel were quick to respond, to give us an estimate and to set a date for instalation. From first call to instalation it was only a week, which was marvelous, since we had no heating or hot water in a cold spell near Christmas, and other estimates were for instalation in a month at least. Candice was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Our gas boiler failed and needed to be replaced. I posted the job on 'local heroes' and Ben accepted it within minutes, then phoned me to confirm the details (that was on a Thursday). Despite it being an LPG fired boiler, he sourced a replacement and arranged to install it on the Saturday morning. Ben and his colleague Will arrived exactly on time and had the replacement boiler installed and commissioned within hours. They provided an extremely fast, professional and courteous service and left the place as clean and tidy as they found it.
They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I whole heartedly recommend them for any similar works. More...
