Isaac was great, really quick to respond, but not pushy, he was very professional and courteous on the phone. I sent on some information and photos and he got back to us very quickly with competitive quotes for two possible options we discussed. We needed heavy ivy to be removed and the roots to be treated, also garden weeding (there was holly and some thorny weed) and we also needed some planting. Isaac did a great job on the garden, cleared the ivy thoroughly and got rid of all the nasty weeds and did a wonderful job planting bedding plants and olive saplings, he did the job very professionally. All the garden waste was removed and everything was cleared and cleaned to a really neat finish. The garden looks great now, good kerb appeal. He gave some helpful advice for the garden going forward. It was really efficient, Isaac listened to the brief, was attentive to the details, he did exactly what we asked and was very focused on getting the job finished in good time and we are delighted with the work done. Isaac was efficient, clear and hard working. As we had a very wet morning forecast he got stuck into his work despite the rain. He trimmed lavender and laurel hedges in the front garden and tidied up the beds and fruit trees around the patio in the back garden. All trimmings leaves etc were removed on his departure.
