Room was okay,.. but needs updating its looking tired and is not up to the standards of a king bed room, more attention is needed to upgrade the room. Shower curtain is lacking as its too short for the shower. Not ideal trying to avoid a flood in the bathroom. Definitely needs changing. We booked a table in the bar for our dinner, as i was told the restaurant was not open on Sundays! Ordered drinks when we got our table in the bar... but they never arrived to us. We ordered again, still didn't arrive, so had to order our drinks ourselves from the bar. Food took a long time to arrive but was lovely. When paying our food bill, we had been charged for the drinks we never got when we got our table, and first arrived at the bar. Very bad show there! Bad communication and Service was appalling and very slow ! More care and attention is definitely needed when dealing with guests in your hotel. Myself and my partner stayed here 2weekends ago for our anniversary. When we arrived the hotel was gorgeous and the room was fabulous, firstly our TV kept going fuzzy all night so we asked someone to look at it while we went out for dinner and came back to no electricity in our room. So we rang reception and they tried to fix the problem but it couldn't be fixed so they ask if we wanted to change rooms. They put us in a room half the size of the original room(paid €250 for the original room) so we stayed in a room with no electricity all night. We had breakfast in our room the next morning and it was terrible, it's was freezing cold one of many things. I asked to speak with a manager when leaving and got told I had to wait for a phone call on Tuesday because she wasn't in. Tuesday came I got no call. On Wednesday I had to ring 3 different time throughout the day to get speaking to the main manager and after everything we got offered 50e refund. We should have been refunded the night stay or a voucher at the least but we weren't. I could have stayed home with electricity and not wasted €210 at this hotel. More...

The management have very little patience or understanding towards people with disabilities. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on this particular reason. The Killashee Hotel is much nicer and alot more welcoming. More...

Disappointed and such a negative experience compared to our last stay! We stayed with our niece and parents in law as their Xmas present for 2 nights. Between mix ups with our food, not bringing food and repeatedly having to ask for things it was frustrating. This was over 4 different food services. Food was absoloutely gorgeous and have to give high compliments to chiefs however but never ever had such bad service from waiting staff. Having to ask several times for menus, for staff to take orders and for them to correct mistakes. Wrong drinks brought to table, often waiting 20 to 30 minutes for them. Staff barely apologising. We watched people walk out and watched a good few others complain. We complained on last evening and had 2 main meals and desserts all taken off bill. They had gotten all these orders wrong so hence everyone ate at different times. Supervisor was very nice and was genuinely apologising. My spa treatment was fabulous but again it wasn't what was actually booked. Despite explaining this twice, staff said thats what i was down for 😱 ..so I just went ahead and did enjoy it. Osprey has now banned vaccine free guests from swimming even though government allow. This is discrimination at its worse as many can’t take the injection for medical purposes and swimming is all that’s left

Beautiful room. That's about it. We booked a massage, as I was getting changed, I had a staff member banging on the door calling my name and demanding I hurry up. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. The service was also incredibly slow ! we waited 20 mins each time we ordered a drink. For the money we spent, I'm appalled. Certainly won't be back ! More...

The was a really bad smell in the underground car park, the lifts and on the first floor, it smelled of sewage and was discusting. The bar food was very limited for lunch and the food in the restaurant for dinner was not great…..I wouldn’t go back or recommend More...

I stayed in the Osprey Hotel on Thursday 16th September. I can honestly say from the moment myself and my husband arrived, to the time we left, we couldn't have been looked after any better. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The bar staff were friendly, helpful, down to earth, chatty and courteous. Food was very well presented and hit the spot. Very attentive staff but not overbearing. It was extremely busy for a Thursday night. Breakfast was gorgeous. Porridge done the way I like it. Staff again very attentive and helpful. Quite rooms, spacious,comfortable and tidy. Biggest asset is definitely Your Staff. From management to household staff, each and every one were exceptional. Many thanks for a warm welcome. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome and even had (i think) concierge help my 3 year old up the steps with her suitcase as we don’t travel light. Nothing ever seems to be any hassle and all staff we have met so far have been amazing and all take the time to say hello to my little girl.
The only issue I have and it’s so small is signage to swimming pool from under ground carparK as only door it could be was a fire exit which I was worried it would be alarmed.

Cleaning and maintenance in the rooms, poor staff management. Leisure center not well maintained as sits is not properly attached, floor is not regularly wipe it was extremely sleepy and also didn't see any life gard.

My boyfriend and I were charged €60:00c for two bowls of chips where we were charged as if we got two bowls of soups, which we didn't order ? ?? Sandwich were not on the menu???, two plates of sandwiches, one pot of tea, and two deserts.The tills were down and we were over charged. The new spa is amazing, so fresh and modern. Food in the restaurant was also amazing, the service however was second to none, the manager who was on duty that evening of the 7th of July at around 9pm in the restaurant was beyond amazing at her job, I didn't get her name but I'd say she had some eastern European roots. Great team leaders, and even when i over heard her speak to her staff she talked to them with pure respect which is great to see. Stayed here on Sunday night with my daughter. Had a wonderful time, the rooms are gorgous we where up graded to a suite. I had a lovely head massage and my daughter had a facial. The new spa is amazing so relaxing. The continental breakfast was fantastic with everything you could ask for, the only let down was the cooked breakfast was terrible, the plate was too small with all the food piled on top although it was a Large breakfast it was so dry I couldn't even cut the bacon. My daughter's pancakes where disgusting just like plain omelets (she hates eggs) it was disappointing after such an an amazing stay. Apart from the breakfast I absolutely love this place �� More...
