Edit: After being contacted by the restaurant due to previous bad review we were invited back for a second meal to rectify issues. The hospitality and service received tonight was second to none! The meals were fantastic, we cannot thank Clinton and his team enough for going the extra mile tonight, my mom thoroughly enjoyed it and it made up for previous errors. Will definitely be returning!! Well done guys and thank you! ***Went out for my moms 60th birthday and Have heard good things about this place, unfortunately This was not the case. The service was slow as we waited about an hour and half for starters to come out... (restaurant wasn’t very busy) when starters did finally arrive my mussels were just shells with nothing in them. Asked the for the manager to sort this out which he did. Then mains came with steaks missing sauces, food had been dropped on the floor as told my waiter so had to wait for one meal and my 500g T-bone steak was awful, full of fat and grisel. There wasn’t any apologies it was just shit up and out up with it. Not a manager in sight by the time the bill came. Will not be coming back here again. ��*** More...

I've been to Villa Bianca on more than one occasion and the food and especially their wine selection is exceptional. Rose, our hostess for the evening was a professional and definitely ensured you a five star rating. The only negative for an upmarket establishment like yours is the fact that there are TV's. If a client is going to all the trouble to travel to you and spend a lot of money for the Villa Bianca experience, having a TV in your face is so tacky. That is costing you your 5th star in my books. ...but I will still recommend Villa Bianca to anybody who is a foodie/wine snob. More...
