My pup absolutely loves this place!! He has immediately taken to the staff and them to him. He gets so excited as we pull up in the car that it's hard to get his lead on, he's just bursting to get out of the car and inside to see all of his friends! Syd gives the urban pup a massive paws up! He walks in first thing in the morning giving a massive toothy doggie grin to the team (more than I get in the morning! !) which says it all. 5 stars Lexi my golden retriever was in for a groom today. She came out looking beautiful and happy. The staff are professional and friendly. I was early so I sat in the car to wait and every dog that went in literally knocked down the door to get in to their buddies for the day. Simply put - best place for dogs in Galway! Before Maggie came to Urban Pup I had brought her to another place in Galway to socialise with other dogs but truly this place is head and shoulders above the rest. I am so happy that she has such a lovely place to go when I can’t be there! Maggie loves coming to Urban Pup and every time she greets the staff as enthusiastically as she does close friends and family - they are brilliant with their four legged clients (and their humans too)! Being a member of the doggie gang has been wonderful for her socialisation skills. Maggie gets groomed at Urban Pup by the lovely Denise regularly and it’s another service that I can whole heartedly recommend. Maggie gives Urban Pup a big paws up! More...

The Urban Pup is such a fantastic place, I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Our two pups have been under their care since day 1. They love daycare and have even made buddies with like-minded pups � Paula, Fraser and Denise are a wonderful team, and offer the best tips and advice. Denise is honestly the best groomer we have ever had for our dogs. They stock premium dog food at good value, along with great toys and quality harnesses. And they have really interesting training courses for you and your pup, everything from acupuncture to sniffer dog training. It's a great resource for Galway dog owners! This place is amazing, the staff are amazing but best to hear it right from the main customer himself...In Seymour's own woofs "Hi everypawdy I'm a little shy and nervous at first in new places and I need to take things handy at my own pace. ..the humans who work here with us dogs really get it..they might actually be one of us and pretending to you all cause they really get it! My puppy just finished a five week puppy class course with Fraser. Cassie learned a lot about interacting with other puppies and people. Her understanding of basic commands has improved so much too.
