What an amazing show but sadly a rowdy and presumably drunk or high table right in front of the stage spoiled the evening. I read previous reviews and this comes up too often: the theater management isn't there to contain these hooligans and the poor performers had to stop the show and asked them to either keep quite or leave. I got to perform at Barnyard Rivonia the other night and I have to say we were so well looked after by the managers Kim and JC. This is a well run establishment

It was very nice, entertaining. Enjoyed the tribute to Abba and Queen. Found the venue to be a bit dark, eating by cellphone light and the music was a bit on the loud side which distorted some of the songs....but I will go again

we watched the top rock show. venue looks fabulous and is very clean. The food (baskets) have much room for improvement. The show itself had some great aspects but felt somehow disjointed and chaotic with the choreography. The areal artists were fabulous (but a smile at least once would have been a nice little touch - but incredible performance ) and the 2 male dancers stood out with their performance. The sound/ instruments were way too loud in order to hear the vocals which was a pitty. Maybe just starting problems. More...

Lighting needs to be sorted out and spotlights need to be used for main acts etc so we can see who is singing. Preordered food arrived late so we couldn't see what we were eating & which were the vegetarian options. Acts were very good though.

Compliments to the franchise for filling the gap left in the music/entertainment scene. I have been through the presentation and must say, I am inpressed with the tables & seating layout. Similar to the Gateway theatre but a lot more patron friendly. The food and beverage menus looks interesting as does the corporate offerings. The line-up is sparse at the moment with only CCR tribute on the list, after the opening shows, but I would think that this new venue will again attract South African and international entertainers, as was the case with the previous venue, with some promising acts in Gauteng at this very moment. Good luck with your venture and we all hope that it delivers what is being promised. More...
