Been on the programme for only 4 weeks and already the results are so visibly clear. Ever available to respond to my questions. The level of commitment is 100%. I reached out to Christine for a nutrition plan at the start of January. I was nervous and skeptical but I trusted her wholeheartedly. I have achieved amazing results already in just a short space of time and lost so many cm that I feel so great and comfortable in my own skin for the first time in months. For me what stands out is her weekly feedback on my choices and amazing advice which I take in each week and utilize, she does this in such a kind and loving manner and really knows how to connect with her clients. It took me a number of months to work up the courage to reach out to Christine, but I am so glad I did. She took time to listen to me and to talk through all of my concerns, before I even agreed to start.
Once I started I haven't looked back. Yes there have been days I haven't managed to do as I should but Christine guides me through those and helps me stay focused and positive and get back on track.
I highly recommend Christine to all my friends and fellow sports enthusiasts.

Christine is the most inspirational, kind and caring person out there!
