I've been training with Cathal nearly 3 years now. When I met Cathal I had major movement challenges and was prone to back injury with long recovery times. My strenght was minimal too on top of this!! It's amazing what Cathal has helped me achieve. I'm lots more nimble and stronger which means I'm largely back pain free and recover times are no longer a major event (thankfully ). Even after 3 years I'm still learning new techniques and progressing as Cathal keeps updating his programs and this keeps the sessions challenging and interesting. The take home exercises are workable and have a positive impact for my life. Cathal gives the same attention to me as day 1 when i met him, it's a truly professional environment with focus on the people's results. On top of this the environment is safe and friendly and I've meet some amazing people that help each other in a encouraging and respectful manner. I can't recommend the place enough. I highly recommend C.O.S fitness , when i first started going I was always getting injured from long distance running, now I am much stronger and practically injury free. The only place that I have stuck to, it's unbelievable what Cathal is able to achieve with what I initially thought of as "not much equipment".
