I can't recommend Sharon and Avril enough! I have spent just about 5 months with them and it has been one of the most enjoyable (and tough in a good way) experiences I've ever had! The fact that there are very early morning classes really suited my lifestyle and the constant motivation and checkins kept me on track. This programme works around your lifestyle and that is why it worked for me. Avril & Sharon will push you outside your comfort zone but they support and encourage you in a way that is so positive that you never feel like you can't do it. I've never felt stronger or fitter! I cannot say enough good things about SK fitness. I have joined countless gyms over the years and never got much from them. I'd always make the excuse oh I'll go tomorrow. With SK fitness you book a time that suits you so I never miss a session and it's a half hour three times a week, but makes such a difference. I'm just finished a six week block and wanted to get rid of a few post baby inches and pounds and I honestly feel great. I even brought the baby along a few times when I had no one to look after her and it is never a problem. Looking forward to signing up to another block with Sharon and the team. More...

I found the 6 week program with Sharon Kenny at SK Fitness to be an extremely positive experience. I had a clear goal in mind which was to tone up, increase fitness levels and also to improve my diet. From the off, Sharon was an absolute professional and was very committed to the task at hand. At the end of the program I achieve the goal as set by Sharon. I lost 19 inches and 1 stone in weight and adopted a much healthier eating plan. I started training with Sharon and SK Fitness in November last year, and after 18 weeks had reached and surpassed my target. I had lost 3 stone and for the first time in years was within a healthy weight range. But not only that I felt a lot better about myself and had more confidence. My next fear was that now that I had hit my target I would get back into my old bad habits and start putting the weight back on but by continuing to follow Sharon's hits and tips about food and exercise I have continued to maintain my ideal weight months later!!! I would highly recommend Sharon, she makes the training fun and enjoyable and is always there to answer your questions and to keep you motivated. More...
