myself and my friend just finished doing 6 weeks personal training with rob and he fantastic at what he does he such a really down to earth guy and chat away you and you dont even feel the 30mins go by I was shocked at the about of inchs I lost in 6 weeks I lost 17 and half inches in total in the 6 weeks which is amazing would really recommend him to anyone and we have also signed up for other 6weeks with rob so looking forward to it to work off the hoilday weight ha ha ha ha
Rob is such a good, down to earth and honest personal trainer. I'd never done PT before and was a little nervous starting, and also going on a meal plan because I struggled with food in previous years and was hesitant with portioning the foods etc. The meal plans are so easy to follow, didn't feel like I was on a diet plan at all! The PT sessions are really good too, 30 mins with him is better than any session you'd do solo in the gym! I have no hesitation signing back up with Rob again once my 6 weeks are up in two weeks time. Could not recommend another PT more. More...
