The program is simple and effective. The app is easy to use and the weekly check in makes you accountable. I just started a few weeks ago and am already getting a benefit.

Rob has an excellent online course with a seriously impressive app for the phone to help you along the programme..Never met Rob face to face but anytime i had dealings with him by phone or email i found him very helpful and enthusiastic... i've seen great results and would highly recommend it More...

Training almost a year with Rob, excellent coaching, great mix of activity each week, so glad I joined, planned to get in a better shape & feel more energised, thought I would do it till the weather improved and then get back on my bike, now i find the combination of the class and cycling has been a huge benefit, looking forward to year 2 Rob, started 105kg, sitting now at 94kg, good year 1, next goal is to hit 85kg! Rob is the best trainer I have ever had, one that got me true results, you name the fad diet, I've tried it. But Rob kept it real, just hard training with a lot of hints and tips along the way and good food / nutrition advice.

I contacted Rob to help me loose weight and give me a bit of a confidence boost before I moved to Australia, It was only about 4 weeks that I trained with hime and yet I was down almost 16 lbs, down almost 4 inches from both the waist and hips and about 1.5 inches from the neck.

I feel a lot better about myself, confidently training now on my own in Oz, something I wouldn't feel comfortable doing had I not got the experience with Rob.

It was the first time that I actually looked forward to training and as soon as I left each session looked forward to the next. Every session was a little different so never got boring (or easy) :) He knew how to push me but also knew my limits.

I cannot recommend Rob enough, If you get the chance, don't pass the opportunity to train with Rob.

I cannot recommend Rob's training system highly enough. Fit Dads was perfect for me and has got me great results in such a short space of time. More than that though, it has me focused on my eating habits and has me pushing harder in the training. The workouts are excellently tailored to the individual (considering my dodgy ankle). Rob is a great trainer. The sessions are really well put together and there's a real comradery from all the lads training together. No session is every the same and this keeps things from going stale and keeps everyone on their toes. I saw real results after a few months and Rob was always there with helpful advice, both in person and on his Facebook page to help keep me on track. Thoroughly enjoyed each session and had a real sense of achievement at the end of each one as well. More...

Today is celebration time! 1 year I've been going to early sessions with Ritefit. And first time I last so long in a gym. Rob is very dynamic and those small group sessions feel like private training. Well, not easy to get up at 5am to go and lift some weights, but after a few weeks I felt so much better in my body and my brain I kept going! Roll on 2018! More...

Could not have asked for a better trainer . Rob was dedicated to achieving your goals with high intensity training which is what the body needs to burn fat ... rob always pushed you to your limits at each session which quite frankly is what I needed to achieve my target .. and you won’t push that hard on your own in a gym ...
great knowledge and dietary plans and ideas every week to keep you focused .. and plus he was always on the other end of the phone for any questions ..

I’m with Rob since September and I attending the gym under his guidance 3 mornings a week.
The class starts at 7, ( early but not too early) and finishes at 8.
I enjoy the class. I enjoy the company of the other lads who attend too and Rob is chilled and easy going .
I know I’ve gotten a lot stronger since I started and I see the same in the lads I train with.
It’s a great start to the day and the atmosphere in the gym is good . I regret any sessions I miss and hate the rowing challenges.

Ive trained with Rob for the last two winters. I was apprehensive at first as I hadnt done any physical activitie in nearly 18 years apart from playing golf. It has been one of the best decision Ive made. Rob tailored a workout plan to help me achieve my goal , he motivated and encouraged me to achieve the results I wanted . Ive dropped a pants size, my energy levels have increased dramatically and my upper body strength and flexibility is greatly improved thanks to Robs weekly workouts and nutritional advise. So much so my golf handicap has decreased by 4 shots to 6 and and I won the club monthly medal in October which I attribute to Robs training. I've been training with Rob for just over a year now and can't recommend him enough.

I've tried doing the gym thing myself on and off for over 10 years and have always been frustrated with the lack of results. Straight away, Rob was able to show me where I was going wrong and how it would have affected the results that I was trying to achieve.

As a runner, Rob tailored my sessions to what we both felt would benefit me during a race and I'm very happy to say that with Rob's help the PB's keep coming in.

Rob is great to work with and he knows how to get the best out of you. His approach to training is very practical and he always demonstrates what he wants you to do.

I'm looking forward to continuing my training with Rob into 2018 and beyond.

I started with Rob in September, I'd never set foot in a gym before that, I didn't know what to expect at the start but Rob took things easy and the fitness built up quickly.

It's an early start at 7 but its the only time I had to do this and it's worked out really well. There's a good buzz around the place, no posers, no BS, just hard workers. I'd recommend this for anyone struggling to get into shape, show up, do the work, follow the food guides and things start to change. It's the best thing I've ever done.

Don't think about it too long, just try it, you won't be sorry. Life Changer.

Just finished a 6 week online course with Rob and I have to admit I was a little nervous starting , thinking that I wasn't going to achieve anything in 6 weeks, boy was I wrong. Rob helped me by designing a fitness regime to suit my specific needs and using the equipment I had at home. He helped me with some changes to my diet. Now after 6 weeks I lost almost one stone and couldn't be happier. I will continue to use the info Rob has given me for the foreseeable future and no doubt I will see more benefits in the future. I can't recommend Rob enough, he takes the time to answer any questions and listens to what I want and the results speak for themselves. More...

Just completed a 10 session course with Rob. Cant speak more highly of the experience. It was not simply 10 sessions but also the nutritional expertise and guidance on what kind of training would suit me and my end goal. I lost weight, added muscle and laid a solid foundation to continue my training after the sessions had finished. More...
