Just started a program, he is very knowledgeable and I am very happy with the program he designed for me. Arranged to meet me around times to suit me which is a big plus that I hadn't to change my schedule to meet with him.

I,ve been working with alan about six weeks now . he has shown me how to fit exercise in to my very busy evenings . i have two small kids and i was finding really hard to find the time to exercise he has shown me how to exercise in just 20 mins a day and ive lost a stone. i look foward to working out now and i feel way better. he has helped put me on the right path to loosing weight and feeling better. the texts i get from alan every day keep me on track and i do,nt think i would have got this far without him.its a great way to get fit if like me you dont have time for the gym or fitness classes. Alan is fantastic and very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. I am coming back to training and sport following a significant injury and Alan has the ability to tailor and adapt his sessions to meet my specific needs as well as challenging me. Alan is a very knowledgeable and diligent trainer . What I like is that he knows my limits and helps me to power through them . Currently on day 3 of an intense 5 day workout plan which I can already see and feel is getting me back into shape at an alarming rate post-Christmas . He makes each session enjoyable but when you leave his presence you know you've done a great day's training . Alan is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Alan is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.

I have worked with Alan for a couple of years now, and could not recommend him highly enough. I would have been a regular gym and fitness goer prior to starting with Alan, but had hit a real "plateau" with my workouts. Alan, found out exactly what my goals were, took all my measurements and designed a custom program for me based on this. This new program helped me really get back on track and I have not looked back since. Now every time I need to change up my workouts, I simply contact Alan and he puts together something new, fun and enjoyable. I also love the interactive element of his workouts, in that I can access my workouts from the "Tainerise" app on my phone and access my custom workout from there.
