Properly built workouts are fab. The workouts suit the person of today that doesn't have the time to spend hours in the gym, All you need is 12 mins to get a full body workout. Highly recommend giving these a go. Keep up the good work Colin. More...

I've done lots of Colin's 12 minute HIIT workouts now. I do them at home & my one year old joins in, copying the moves. They are fantastic. Lots of workouts to suit everyone. I got a bag of the Kimera Koffee a few months ago and have been using it to give me a pre workout boost. I find it really focuses my mind and boosts my energy levels. I'd highly recommend it �

Colin's knowledge, manner and all around approach are what make Properly Built stand out from any other online training programme. The programme provided was entirely customised, taking into consideration my previous injuries as well as my training preferences. The workouts were varied, fun and had a mix of both indoor and outdoor training. Ive known and worked with Colin for many years. We have trained together on so many occasions and his passion for health and fitness is unquestionable. Id have to give Colin the credit for getting me to the start line of the Ironman a number of years ago. He kept me motivated and kept the training interesting even with the fact we only met face to face on a number of occasions to train together.
