Prior to starting NDP Bookkeeping, I worked in the Banking and Financial Services sectors.

• Process monthly accounts to trial balance Maintain financial records and prepare general ledger accounts Reconciliation of all general ledger control accounts Prepare the income statement Produce accurate and reliable financial information • Process payments from current and trust accounts • Attend to Trust and business payments as well as inter account transfers between Trust and Business bank accounts • Liaising and attending to queries with bank managers • Allocate payments and income to relevant client accounts and ledger accounts • Capture monthly cashbooks on accounting system Prepare weekly, monthly bank and investment reconciliations (Trust, Business and Investment accounts) and payment to Law Society • Process journals (standard and adhoc) • Reconcile debtors accounts • Process creditors invoices on accounting system Prepare monthly creditors accounts reconciliation Prepare all payment requisitions and ensure that these are paid by the required deadlines Prepare batch payments on electronic business banking Verify and consolidate creditor reports • Preparation of income statements • Manage Trust payments and Trust Investments 78 2(a) and 78 2(A) • Prepare SARS Vat • Process monthly SARS returns for PAYE, UIF, VAT • Preparation of annual accounts for auditing and prepare documents for auditors
