How long have you been in business?
We established ourselves in 2008 providing self-catering accommodation and related services, for both government, private sector and general public. We have since diversified our service offering due to demand to shuttling, chauffeuring, airport transfers, tour services, events & catering, catering equipment hire. In 2015 we identify opportunity in facilities management, hence the cleaning services, cleaning supplies and general building maintenance.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
When we started we used to hire equipment which was not yielding profits, and later acquired our own equipment and that resulted to profit growth.
What do you love most about your job?
As a service provider what we enjoy the most is the interaction with our customers of different and cultures and race. What we also love most about our customers is their honesty in rating our customer service standards which keeps us on our feet and enables us to improve service delivery.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our chore inspiration was informed by the demand of our service offering and it's growth potential. This market is vibrant and contributes a bigger share to the GDP of South Africa. What also motivated us is the creation of job opportunities which also contributes positive into government employment drive strategy.
