Overall the staff & restaurant were friendly & clean. The food was so bad & over priced I’m writing this review .
Chicken fettuccini Alfredo , the chicken came cubed, crumbled when touched and had a pink hue like tuna , I’m guessing it was CANNED. The sauce seemed as if it came from a jar, no distinctive flavor no cheese or spices , was absolutely disgusting . Mom’s marinara spaghetti was , tasteless no spices no cheese no garnish , simply wet noodles on a plate with little sauce. The spaghetti factory in Sherwood, Oregon has the absolute worst takeout staff around and their manager is completely unresponsive when you call to get help.

three times in the last 2 months we have attempted to order takeout from them because we actually do enjoy their food when we're eating at the restaurant itself. When ordering take out, the food is absolutely horrible plus they miss putting the things you purchase in the bag every single time you order from them. No bread, no additional sauce that's $5 per container, utensils are non-existent, and whoever manages their to-go literally should be fired and so should their manager for not being responsive. I cannot be more disappointed or irritated at the fact of how many times I have spent a lot of money on food that I've never received and also spent money on food that when you order it to go is disgusting by the time you get it. I'm just completely done with this place, which makes me very sad because Italian is my favorite and when you go to the restaurant to eat, the food is fine, but if you try to do anything else with this location it's just a waste of time and money. #sherwoodsucks More...

My father in law accidentally ordered us a gift card from OSF thinking he was buying one from a local place. We do not gave an OSF within driving distance. When I contacted the company, they promptly gave us a refund. We greatly appreciate their understanding and excellent customer service.

We went for 1st time OKC 12/18/21 in the evening. It was very busy had to wait a few minutes for a table which was not bad. We had the best Waiter Victor upstairs. He was very kind ,efficient, fast , attentive,knowledgeable of menu and just a great guy. I took my 2 young nieces and Victor provided excellent service he was a gentleman!The food was good. The ice cream was yummy!And as described . We definitely will return and hopefully will be seated in his section! Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

This has become one of our favorite dinner places as a family. We can always expect good food. We love that it's a complete meal of salad & bread, main dish and ice cream for dessert. the spumoni ice cream is the best! Every time we go to the spaghetti factory, there is always a meal that each family member can enjoy. The kids never complain and actually specifically request OSF. My favorite is the Managers Favorite with Alfredo and Mizithra. Plus the house ranch is very tasty. Highly recommend. We always go back! More...

They raised their prices at the Tanasbourne OSF Hillsboro and charged higher prices then the menu presented when we were seated. So, get this. My husband is a DoorDash driver and every time he has to pick up an order from this place he complains that the staff mistreats him (which I kind of always thought it was some paranoia from his part, specially because the place is always packed so it makes sense that the staff doesn’t have time to be super friendly and all. ..). Cut to today. After delivering a bunch of orders with the famous orange cream shake, he got curious about it and decided to get one on his lunch break for himself. He went to the one in Concord, at 1955 Mt Diablo. He is a Latino dark skinned man, with long hair and a long beard and he doesn’t speak English fluently but he does speak enough for everyone to understand him. He went inside and ordered the orange cream shake to go. The host asked at least twice if he was sure he wanted only the shake and didn’t want to look at the menu, to which he said yes. So she went inside and came back saying they wouldn’t be able to make it because AND I QUOTE “the ice cream was too frozen” (?????). He asked how long it would take to thaw it (seriously, I realize how surreal this whole thing is as I type it) and she said “at least 5 hours”. What the hell? Mkay then. He came back to the car, told me what happened and I immediately placed a DoorDash order for pickup with one single item in it: an orange cream shake. I waited the 15 minutes DD told me it would take and went inside. “DoorDash pickup for Anna”. Both hosts were amazingly friendly, and one of them went inside and came back with the shake not one minute later. I tried to say something along the lines of “wasn’t the ice cream too frozen?” and she stuttered a bit and said she had to use some other ice cream, but it tastes the same. I mean, everything about this is shady as hell. Is there really such a thing as TOO FROZEN when it comes to ice cream? If so why didn’t they tell ME that? Also, if they really had to do something else for my order would they have told me if I hadn’t asked? So assuming there was zero prejudice involved and everything really was about the mysterious ice cream that somehow freezes too much, does that mean I paid for the orange shake and got something else instead? We ordered via Uber Eats and you KILLED IT! Awesome job! All the weird requests were nailed! From angel hair pasta request to the extra large dinner salad and the dressing, portion sizes, quality and freshness was perfect! Even the loaf of bread was warm! ; unorganized staff; need to learn how to properly seat your guests, my boyfriend and I specifically asked for a seat right by the window, the hostess agreed. Basically walked away and told us to seat ourselves, so we DID. Got lucky and found a double seat right by the window, since it has a lovely view and who doesn’t want a window seat overlooking beautiful Banff ? The table was NOT, designated as reserved. Another “hostess” then came over , ‘ a different one ‘ telling us it is reserved asking why we are sitting here and telling us that we need to go to the other side so they can basically get more “organized” to accommodate their “OWN” needs rather than the customers. I don’t understand what difference it would make, it’s almost like it was such a “burden” for us to be sitting there as there were other people in that area aswell as more than likely another “waitress/ host” BIG DEAL. Their staff needs to be more organized , plus I may add the lady was quite rude about the situation so we just walked out , was rather embarrassing. I’m not one to complain , but I felt it more accommodating for them. I just ordered from them and then went back and the hostess and waitress were like "No we dont have plastic cutlery. " The reciept that I got says please ask for cutlery (I just read that) anyways Jacob is extremely important for the establishment. He was kind and that made me change this. We are sitting in the restaurant right now, when we walked in no one was in the lobby, they told us it would be 5 min to seat us. .. it was 15 min. In the next table a family of 3 was seated after us, they have eaten a 3 course meal and we are still sitting here waiting on our entree. They just got up and left. Horrible experience. We had a reservation at 830, we didn't get our drinks and bread until way after 9. Our server would be in the middle of talking to us and then just walk away, not to mention the wreaking smell of cigarettes each time she came by, made us lose our appetite. Went to the bathroom to find used pads on the floor with no toilet paper in the stalls. The food was overpriced, small portions and tasted very bland. We waited a long time for drinks. The server was attentive for the most part after that but the food was barely mediocre. My husband was starving and wouldn't eat but a few bites of his chicken fettuccine, the chicken looked and tasted like it came out of a bag and the fettuccine had no flavor . My spaghetti and meatballs was slightly better but my children wouldn't touch theirs. Our salads were iceberg lettuce with a pesto dressing similiar to ranch, which was good but iceberg lettuce only? Save your money or go somewhere the food is worth it. Terrible service. Waited 35 mins for a glass of water during our meal, 5-10 mins for drinks, drinks were not refilled once. Was still waiting on a drink i had ordered by the time we were paying. server didn’t know how to answer questions about the food & ended up bringing the thing i asked not for. This is my favorite restaurant. Tonight I really wanted their pasta! However I had my 17-month old grandson with me. I’m so thankful for Hope! She said, when You get here, just call and let us know you are here. I did and my experience was wonderful, and exactly what I needed. I didn’t have to get him out of the car and bring him in, then try to carry him and our food back out to the car. Not the easiest as he’s a really big boy! While I like the food, we have found problems multiple times with takeout orders missing foos that we had been charged for. And when we discovered it, it was too late to go back. I guess the solution is to go through the bags item by item to double check. But during busy times it is not always possible. Takeout definitely needs to work on ACCURACY in fulfilling orders.
