I sit behind a desk all day and decided I wanted to get stronger and bigger - perhaps even compete one day; so I signed up with Marnus. He is incredibly hard working, passionate and goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. It's a two way street though so you have to put in the effort to get results. If you eat right, get adequate rest and follow his programming you will make noticeable progress. He taught me proper lifting form, worked around my arthritis and terrible hamstrings from sitting for 20 years, and ultimately I gained weight and broke all of my PR's in the year and a half I worked with him. Marnus is an wonderful coach. He adjusts my training program each session to find the best ways in order to achive my goals. Highly recommended!
