I would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful bedrooms, fantastic leisure club which has plenty of space with a very large pool and a lovely paddling pool for the younger children. We stayed here with my family and friends for a few days for the New Year celebration. Super friendly staff, especially barman Sanjoy. Many thanks to him as he make you feel like home. I stayed here on Monday the 29 of August with my wife and two daughters aged 8 & 9. We arrived at the hotel to a warm and very genuine welcome from two lovely ladies in the reception . The room was fantastic . My daughters were delighted with their bunk beds. We decided to have dinner in the bar which was perfect. My girls had pizzas , my wife had the stir fry and I had the burger!! All the food was very tasty. After dinner my children picked a DVD from the display unit in reception and the lady in reception even provided us with a DVD player. Breakfast was great and served in a timely manner ( not rushed ). The only down fall I had was that I didn't get the names of the ladies behind reception . They are a credit to the hotel and made our stay really special . A great experience ! More...

I stayed in The Manor West Hotel & Leisure Centre last Monday night with my husband and our two girls. As myself and my husband come with a strong background in hotel and catering, we were very impressed with the quality of food and service. Especially the ladies in reception, who had all the patience to answer all the questions and listen to what our eight year old daughter had to say(and she can talk for the whole country). Also a big deal thank you to the lady in reception who gave us a loan of DVD player for the DVD that girls picked up in the book and DVD cabinet We all felt very welcome and our room was a spacious place with a big bed and bunk beds fitted, which the girls loved. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There also is a huge retail park next to the hotel including shops like Debenhams, Tesco, Aldi, TK Maxx, Carpet Price, home store and many many more.
