The saying goes "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" and this rings very true when training with KP. Not only does he challenge you physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I have been training with Keegan twice a week for the past month, working specifically on my chest. Within this time I have achieved better results than what I had through a regular gym routine.
I have increased my core strength, and I look and feel much fitter as a result of Keegan's routine and guidance. As a trainer, Keegan is professional and motivating. He knows how to achieve the results you want and does so without pushing you harder than what your body is capable of. I have never incurred injury, or been made to feel inferior while training with him.

I use accessories, calisthenics and unique exercise modifications to acquire a pain free, solid foundation before hitting the goals that have been setup one by one.
My style of personal training focuses on building a leaner, more balanced physique with no painful muscles, no painful joints and no excess body fat
