Great gym would highly recommend. I had a baby 6 mths ago and wasnt feeling great an couldnt motivate myself to get into the gym but been training wit sean for jus over a mth and already can see an feel the difference.
Great atmosphere an sean is very motivational an a great help with nutrition guides an follow up aft sessions.

I couldn’t recommend Ignite Fitness enough! Such a great atmosphere and fun, challenging classes. When I found out I was pregnant, I was determined to maintain my fitness but was unsure of what exercises were safe. Seán has been fantastic. He adapts the workouts to suit my needs and has really kept me motivated. I’m able to do so much more than I thought and have been able to keep up my strength and fitness. Delighted! More...

I love going to Ignite. I was completely out of practice before I started but Seán is amazing and got me back into the swing of it really quickly. The MCX classes are brilliant, we have a laugh and motivate each other, you feel like you’re part of a family rather than being isolated in a gym not knowing what to do next. Brilliant Gym for beginners to advanced levels, young and old.

Sean is extremely knowledgeable and he is a great instructor. He is a top motivator where he will push you the right amount, not too hard, and not too hands-off either. He is friendly too and there is a great vibe in the classes.

The gym is clean and the equipment is top quality and maintained well.

I would recommend it to anyone :)

Ignite Health and Fitness is a great place. Sean is very knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and is always happy to give you the benefit of that knowledge. There’s a great vibe here for all ages and levels of fitness, it’s a very happy friendly environment - not at all intimidating! Injury or mobility issues can be worked around so that you get the most out of every session. The MCX classes are a great addition to the PT sessions too as they give you a chance to supplement your workout routine and meet other clients at the same time. I love training at Ignite. I had been out of practice for a long time and was very nervous about going back. I signed up for some PT sessions firstly to get back into it and Sean was brilliant from the start. He keeps you motivated throughout and pushes you to the right level always. I then joined the classes and I love them. I was afraid they would be intimidating, particularly as I was concerned about my level of fitness. I couldn’t have been more wrong, they are friendly, plenty of buzz in the room and actually fun to be part of whilst still getting the most from the training session. It’s taken me a while to get back to training and to find a gym that I love but I can safely say I have definitely found it at Ignite! Thanks Sean!! More...

I started doing the MCX classes in April following a recommendation from my Physio to do more strength and conditioning to help heel a knee injury I had picked up from running. The classes are great and very friendly with lots of levels of fitness. The classes have really helped my injury and I’m back running almost pain free. I’ve also started doing small group training recently which I’m finding great, Sean is very knowledgable and encouraging in class and provides a tailored plan to your level of fitness. My energy levels have improved, my fitness has improved and I’m definitely feeling the benefits of the classes. More...
