Just tried her creations today at Glin castle plant fair. Had a bean sausage wrap so tasty great flavours comfort food! Also a mushroom and sweet pepper quesadilla I think it called delicious cold and heated. Yummy 5star.

I just love mixing together a load of different salads in a container and dividing it between 2-3 lunches. pureed into lettuce leaf instead of bread (Ciara's idea) it's amazing food I absolutely love it

Oh my dear sweet jesus, I have never felt so confident about putting healthy food in my mouth. Just looking at it today made my mouth water, all of the different colours, the smells. You can see and feel how much thought and love is poured into each box. Had a hectic day today so getting to just open a box and have a meal ready was amazing, especially something so good for me.
